2021 Lake Forest Pool & Clubhouse Openings - Waiver Form Required
Posted on Mar 26th, 2021
March 26, 2021

Dear Lake Forest Residents:

At the March 23, 2021 Board of Directors meeting, the Board discussed and agreed to open our community pool and clubhouse effective April 1, 2021.  As applicable, capacity or guest restrictions will be posted at the pool and are subject to change.

In order for pool cards to be activated, a Waiver and Liability Release Form must be completed and sent to Ascension Property Management (APM).  Each adult must fill out their own form.  If you are a landlord, BOTH you and your tenants must each complete a form.

You may access the updated form on the Lake Forest website by copying and pasting the following address in your web browser:

Please send completed forms to Ascension Property Management at admin@ascensionpm.com.  Please allow time for APM to process requests as they are received.  You will receive a confirmation email once the pool card activation is complete.

Thank you to everyone for understanding and supporting our community health and safety directives.  Your cooperation and patience are very much appreciated.  We continue to wish everyone good health and safety and look forward to a fun swim year!

Sincerely,
Board of Directors

Help Prevent Oak Wilt Disease In Lake Forest
Posted on Apr 8th, 2020
Dear Lake Forest Residents and Property Owners:

To help prevent the spread of oak wilt disease in Lake Forest, please consider the guidance provided from the following resources.  Unless there is a safety concern, pruning oak trees is not recommended during spring and fall (February through June).  The beetles that carry the fungal spores are most active during this time.

Thank you,
Community Homeowners Association of Lake Forest, Inc.
