Lake Forest homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend all meetings. The 2026 Annual Meeting will include presentations from guest speakers, along with reports from committee and board members.
There are two (2) board of director terms expiring in May 2026. Volunteer terms are for three (3) years. If you wish to be added to the election ballot please contact the HOA property managers, Ascension Property Management, at (Admin@AscensionPM.com).

Tuesday, October 6th, Various times at Various gatherings throughout community, hosted by residents
National Night Out, held on the first Tuesday of October (Texas only, because it's too hot in August!), is an excellent opportunity to meet your neighbors and local first responders as well as strengthen ties within the community.
National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, better places to live. This annual campaign enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while offering opportunities for positive community member interactions . Neighborhoods across the nation host block parties, festivals, parades, cookouts, and other various community events with safety demonstrations, seminars, youth events, visits from emergency personnel, and exhibits.
Anyone may host a block party for their area. Be sure to check with your Block Captain (if applicable) as well. Registration is required for responder visits to your event.
