HOA Meetings

Homeowners are encouraged to attend all Lake Forest HOA Board Meetings and the Annual Meeting. Attendees have an opportunity to provide input near the start of the meetings during the Homeowner Forum. The Homeowner Forum is for discussion of general HOA matters only. No personal issues nor specific homeowners/addresses will be discussed (maximum 3 minutes per homeowner).  All meetings begin at 6:30 p.m. in person at the HOA Clubhouse.  For Zoom audio-only option links & passcodes, please email Ascension Property Management.

2022 Annual HOA Meeting:
The 2022 Annual Meeting of the Community Homeowners Association of Lake Forest, Inc. will be held on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 (location TBD) in Round Rock, Texas, 78665. Registration begins at 6:30 p.m., and the meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m.

There will be an election of two (2) Board Member seat for a three (3) year term (expiring May, 2025). If you are interested in serving your community as a Board Member, please notify Ascension Property Management at Admin@AscensionPM.com so they may include you on the ballot.

A quorum of 62 homeowners is required to conduct the business of the association. Homeowners may attend in person or by proxy. If you are unable to attend the meeting, it is imperative that you return your signed proxy to the HOA property managers by (date TBD). Or you may give your proxy to a neighbor you know will be in attendance in person. Your proxy is needed to ensure the 10% quorum is reached. Per Texas law, lack of a quorum will result in forced rescheduling of the meeting resulting in additional expenses. Only the official proxy enclosed will be accepted at the meeting.

Details about the meeting will be sent to homeowners on (date TBD) via United States Postal Service. The mailing will include a Proxy Vote Form and instructions along with a 2022 Nomination Form and a letter from the Board of Directors.
