HOA Meetings

Homeowners are encouraged to attend all Lake Forest HOA Board Meetings and the Annual Meeting. Attendees have an opportunity to provide input near the start of the meetings during the Homeowner Forum. The Homeowner Forum is for discussion of general HOA matters only. No personal issues nor specific homeowners/addresses will be discussed (maximum 3 minutes per homeowner).  All meetings begin at 6:30 p.m. now in person at the HOA Clubhouse, or for Zoom audio-only option links & passcodes, please email Ascension Property Management.

2021 Annual HOA Meeting:
The 2021 Annual Meeting of the Community Homeowners Association of Lake Forest, Inc. will be held on Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at the Lake Forest clubhouse, 2734 Lake Forest Drive, Round Rock, Texas, 78665. Registration begins at 6:30 p.m., and the meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. Health safety protocols will be observed, including mandatory face masks and social distancing.

We will also simulcast the meeting via Zoom. A call-in option will also be available. All Zoom participants will be able to participate in voting. Please contact us for the meeting link, password, and a unique voter ID number by emailing Admin@AscensionPM.com no earlier than May 5, 2021 and no later than May 10, 2021.

There will be an election of one (1) Board Member seat for a three (3) year term (expiring May, 2024). If you are interested in serving your community as a Board Member, please notify our office so we may include you on the ballot.

A quorum of 62 homeowners is required to conduct the business of the association. Homeowners may attend in person, via Zoom, or by proxy. If you are unable to attend the meeting, it is imperative that you return your signed proxy to our office by Monday, May 10, 2021. Or you may give your proxy to a neighbor you know will be in attendance in person or on Zoom. Your proxy is needed to ensure the 10% quorum is reached. Per Texas law, lack of a quorum will result in forced rescheduling of the meeting resulting in additional expenses. Only the official proxy enclosed will be accepted at the meeting.

Details about the meeting were sent to homeowners on April 19, 2021 via United States Postal Service. The mailing includes a Proxy Vote Form and instructions along with a 2021 Nomination Form and a letter from the Board of Directors.
