New Property Management for Lake Forest
Posted on Feb 19th, 2013
Lake Forest Residents,
Last month the Lake Forest HOA board voted unanimously to terminate the property management agreement with Alliance Association Management. Making the decision to change management companies is never one that is taken lightly. However, there were a number of reasons for this change and we believe that it is the best decision for our neighborhood.
After interviewing other management companies, it was the board’s decision to move forward with a new company, Ascension Property Management. This small, locally owned company is based in Round Rock and has a philosophy of knowing its neighborhoods and their residents. The company owners, Paul and Melissa Yehl, fully understand the quality of life that Lake Forest residents expect and are committed to helping us achieve it. Combined, they have many years of property and project management experience and they are very excited to bring their expertise to our community.
Transitioning to a new property management company always has its bumps, but Ascension will work hard to make it as seamless as possible while developing a higher level of service. When you call for service, you will be dealing directly with the company owners, so accountability is efficient and direct. We think you will see an immediate impact.
Please keep in mind that all future HOA business, including annual assessment payments and clubhouse reservations should be directed to our new property management company, Ascension Property Management.
